With a big-picture map in hand, and library of diverse experiences to draw on, I strategically and expertly plot courses, linking together information, people, and experiences (aka dots) to navigate the way. I’ve connected many dots which in turn have sparked great collaborations and legacies.

I'm a keen observer of life with an astute interest in people, cultures, and what makes others tick. I recognize (often undiscovered) talent, skills and knowledge in people. These observations add to my ‘dot library’ and coupled with my always one-step-ahead approach enable me to unlock business solutions often before others, or in new and unique ways.

Thanks to some great genes, I'm a driven achiever, my energy creates momentum, and my strong sense of responsibility ensures I always deliver on my commitments. I embrace the challenge of complex and dynamic environments and I thrive when I can use my arranger talents and introduce 'What if' thinking to any situation.

At my core, I am an empathetic leader. I'm sensitive to the feelings of others and can gauge emotion in a room instinctively. Acting with kindness is always my aim, and trust is paramount. Witnessing happiness in others is my greatest pleasure.

I love to cook, bake, dance, read, follow fashion, run, ski, cycle and learn about new places and cultures. Eating chocolate is my daily guilty pleasure – preferably dark with mint or orange variations.
